Do I need to supply the cleaning equipment and liquids?
Most regular clients provide their own preferred vacuum and sprays, but we can bring our own supplies upon request.
Can I leave a key with you?
Yes, many clients provide a spare set of keys which we hold in secure, unlabelled key safes when not on site.
What happens if my cleaner is unwell?
We notify you promptly and offer an experienced replacement cleaner who can follow your established notes.
